Carrier Lumber Announces Temporary Shutdown of Tabor Planer

William Kordyban, President of Carrier Lumber Co., has announced that Carrier Lumber will temporarily suspend operations at its Tabor Planer facility as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and its impact on lumber needs worldwide. This will result in the layoff of 35 employees. Kordyban did note that the sawmill will continue in operation at this time.
