After an impressive string of 7-month straight months of increased sales, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) reports that October Canadian home sales held steady. According to CREA actual sales, not season adjusted, rose 12.9% from a year earlier, while the Home Price Index was up 1.8% from October last year.
