U.S. Home Prices Increase 0.3% in January 2020

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Home Price Index (HPI) reports that U.S. house prices rose in January, 0.3% from the previous month.  Year-over-year, home prices are 5.2% higher, (January 2019 to January 2020). The previously reported 0.6% increase for December 2019, has been revised upward to 0.7%.
