U.S. Court of International Trade Orders U.S. Dept. of Commerce to Rethink Shake & Shingle Duties

The U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) has ordered the U.S. Department of Commerce to rethink its conclusions that certain Canadian produced cedar shakes and shingles are subject to the countermeasure tariffs on Canadian Softwood Lumber imports, saying that the determination is unlawful.
